LLC Filing Fee

To form an LLC in Alabama, you will need to obtain a Certificate of Name Reservation, then file a Certificate of Formation with the Alabama Secretary of State through your local Judge of Probate Office. You can apply online for $200 or by mail for $100, plus probate office fees.
